Jamie Rose grew up in a vibrant Cuban/Mexican/American household, giving her a deep appreciation for diverse flavors and culinary traditions.
She’s currently relearning Spanish, reconnecting with her cultural heritage.
Jamie Rose is a really good whistler and loves to show off her skills!
She enjoys asking, "What would you like your last meal on Earth to be, who would share it with you, and where?" Her answer? Rabo Encendido (Cuban Oxtail Stew) with Cuban black beans, white rice, fried sweet plantains, Cuban Salad, and Cuban bread with a chilled bottle of organic white bubbly wine, shared with her husband and two kids on the Spanish Mediterranean coast or lakeside in TN
Her all-time favorite book is "The Princess Bride," the only book that makes her laugh out loud.
Jamie Rose has a deep love for musical theatre, gospel music, jazz standards, and the blues, and she still participates in community theatre.
